Group Sessions for Women

Tired of the same ole’ routines? You will greatly benefit from this program. Our non-militant, fat burning, action packed classes incorporate aerobic moves, resistance training, body weight exercises, calisthenics, speed walking, cardio drills and stretching.
 
 
Fun-Fitness Boxing

Our boxing class is much different than the norm.

Specifically designed for you to maximize your fat burning potential while having a feeling of tremendous empowerment, this fun class is performed to upbeat hip hop and/or R & B music and involves a variety of punching combinations using boxing gloves, bags and pads.

Just about everyone has seen or participated in cardio boxing programs where participants punch the air. But research shows that many more calories are burnt when you’re actually hitting pads. Not to mention you’ll relieve a lot more stress and have a lot more fun! Worried about getting hit or hurt? Have no worries… There’s no sparring!!

And… because you actually choose the intensity level at which you hit the bags and pads, it doesn’t matter you’re a professional boxer, athlete or anywhere in between. You choose to hit the bags lightly or with full force. It’s completely your choice. So, rest your mind and feel absolutely no pressure to impress us or anyone else. (Of course, the harder and faster you hit the bags, the more energy you exert, ultimately burning away more calories- :)

But no matter how you look at it, you’ll go into this boxing class and come out a winner!!

Cardio

Cardio exercises help you lose weight and improve your overall health and well being. It's a fact that most people 'really' don't like doing cardio, especially on their own! So what we've done is made cardio fun. We include exercises such as speed walking, running, jumping' jacks, drills and much more. Whether you are currently out-of-shape or very fit, you can benefit from our exciting, structured cardio program.
 
 
Total Body Toning (Includes Abs Exercises too!)

There's no need to waste your time or money going to a gym or buying home equipment, when you can simply tone your body in our Body Toning Classes. We made it so that there's absolutely no 'guess-work' for you... Decades of research proves that when you include body toning exercises in your training, you will not only be leaner and slimmer, but you'll also Look Like You Weigh Less! In other words, a woman who tones her body can lose 10lbs but look like she lost 15lbs! Knowing this, we incorporate body toning exercises and cardio exercises, so you will burn fat, lose weight, and be toned. No Worries... We don't use any heavy weights.:-) So, you'll be able to stay-looking feminine with an even-sexier, leaner look.
 
 
Interval Training

Interval training is broadly defined as repetitions of high-speed/intensity work followed by periods of rest or low activity. We combine body weight, resistance and cardio exercises in a format designed to 'get more done in less time.' Confirmed by studies, interval training leads to more fat loss than simply performing cardio at a moderate intensity level.
 
 
Fitness-Kickboxing

You'll love this class… Kickboxers and boxers are some of the leanest, well conditioned athletes on the planet. Therefore, we've incorporated the most basic and fundamental elements of Boxing, Muay-Thai Kickboxing & Taekwondo, and made it extremely easy to learn and use. You will enjoy kicking and punching! At Strong Results, you'll never spar or compete against other members. You'll have a lot of fun, burn alot of calories! Plus, you'll learn a lot of immediately usable moves, you can use in a worst case scenario on the street. There's nothing wrong with looking and feeling your best, while being able to handle-yourself in a situation. Knowing, you know how to protect yourself is really EMPOWERING!
 
 
ABS (Abdominals)

It's very important that everyone maintain a strong core (abs & lower back). Therefore, we include exercises just about every day at Strong Results. If you want to flatten your stomach and improve your mid-section, you're going to love the large variety of ab exercises we offer!
 
 
Upper Body Toning

Upper Body Toning includes exercises for your abs, arms, back, chest and shoulders. We use light weights (on Total Body Toning and Upper Body Toning Training Days) to help improve your tone. We purposely included an additional day of body toning so that you can get the maximum benefit of resistance training.
 
 
Fit Seniors

This class is for women ages 55 or older. It includes low-impact aerobics, walking, boxing, light resistance training, and floor exercises. Our Fit Senior Classes add vitality, energy, and youthfulness!
 
 
Zumba ®

Women Absolutely Love Zumba! It incorporates a mixture of easy to follow dances that will have you smiling as you burn calories. The music is exciting to listen to, the instruction is very energetic and moves are easy and lots of FUN!
 
 
Belly Dance Bootcamp

BDWS Bellydance Bootcamp will combine high energy moves that will increase your cardio endurance with intervals of core toning. We will target the abs, hips, thighs, arms and more. Each week we will have a shimmy challenge to increase your leg strength.This class will keep the music pumping as you dance non-stop. Take your hips to the next level of fitness!
 
 
SharQui™ Bellydance Workout

The SharQui™ Technique is an anatomical approach to belly dance that works the entire body so that you can work out safer and smarter. Not only will you learn the building blocks of bellydance and have a better understanding of how the body works, but you will gain core strength, speed, isolation and stamina. Your body will love this workout!
