Cardio, Abs and Kickboxing
Do You Want To Lose Weight, Burn Fat, Increase Your Energy, Tone Your Body, and Relieve Stress?
Our Cardio Abs and Kickboxing classes are specifically designed to help you maximize your fat burning potential, while having fun! Different from the norm', we include variety cardio exercises, aerobics, kickboxing and abdominal exercises.
Also, it doesn't matter if you've never exercised, haven't exercised in years, been off for a short while, or are in great shape now. You can modify your pace as needed. (It's completely your choice) Have no worries and feel no pressure or need to impress us or anyone else. At Strong Results we focus on results, not judgments, perceptions of others, egos or attitudes. We exercise in a very family-oriented atmosphere.

Toning Classes
Do You Have Equipment at Home that You Don't Use?
(If you do, you're not alone. Most people do, but they rarely use it. Why? Because it's boring. Also, it's hard to workout at home. --there are far too many distractions. (I.E. The television, phone, family obligations, things to do, etc) That's one reason it's best to get out of the house and exercise somewhere else.

Just come to our Body Toning Classes. Decades of research proves that when you include body toning (also known as strength or resistance training) exercises into your routine, you'll get leaner faster and greatly increase the chances of having a much faster metabolism. We incorporate body toning exercises every week, so you'll burn more fat, lose weigh faster, improve your tone, and your overall health and well being.
Special note: We do not use heavy weights, so you won't get bulky. Our constant goal is give you leaner, sexier feminine-looking body.
We used dumbbells, weighted bars, resistance bands, and the TRX® Training System. All designed to tone the body and strengthen muscles.

Fitness Kickboxing
Most athletes agree that kick boxers and boxers are some of the leanest, well conditioned athletes on the planet. Keeping those thoughts in mind, we've created a classes that incorporate some of the basic elements boxing, kickboxing, and aerobics.
We've Made it Fun. In our Fitness-Kickboxing classes you'll punch, kick, lose weight and we have GREAT time! Special note: There's never any sparring! Our Members Get Results, not bruises. :) If you're looking to burn calories while performing some fun, empowering, stress relieving, moves. Fitness Kickboxing is the class for you.
